Start with where you are and where you want to go.
Most plans fail because they start with a program instead of a person. Every coach here begins with the same 45-minute assessment across four pillars — nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindfulness, hydration — and builds toward your goals one step at a time.
Four pillars, assessed together
They interact. Poor sleep sabotages a good diet; dehydration reads as fatigue; stress undoes training. Looking at one in isolation is how people spin their wheels for years.
Nutrition
Protein, fiber, produce, and gut health. We find the gaps in what you actually eat, then close the ones food can close.
Exercise
Type, frequency, intensity and consistency — with resistance training for metabolic health and muscle preservation. What you can sustain beats what sounds impressive.
Sleep & Mindfulness
Six to nine hours of real sleep, and stress managed as a metabolic intervention rather than a mood. Wind-down habits, screen limits, and something that actually downshifts you.
Hydration
The most overlooked pillar and the easiest to fix. Water first, everything else second.
Three steps, then repeat
Assess
You fill out an intake form, you meet for 45 minutes, and your coach scores each pillar. You leave with a written plan — not a lecture.
Practice
One or two changes at a time, chosen because they fit your week. Behavior change is the product. Everything else is accessory.
Check in
Fifteen focused minutes every week or two. Review what stuck, fix what did not, adjust once. Re-assess at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Where the name comes from. Herodotus wrote of a people at the edge of the known world — the Macrobians, “the long-lived” — said to reach a hundred and twenty years. When the Persian king sent spies to learn the secret, what they brought back was not a secret at all: it was what these people ate, and what they drank. Health span has always been built out of ordinary things done consistently. Read the full story →
Behavior before supplements. Food, sleep, exercise and water come first every time. If an assessment turns up a real gap that food cannot close, your coach will say so — and “you don’t need anything” is a normal, frequent outcome.
