Who you are contracting with
Coaches listed here are independent practitioners, each operating their own business. Macrobian Health LLC provides the brand, booking and shared assessment method — it does not provide coaching services, does not employ the coaches, and is not a party to the coaching relationship. Your agreement is with the coach you book.
These terms cover your use of this website. Your coaching engagement is governed by the terms of the coach you book, stated on their page. Where the two conflict on anything to do with the session itself — price, cancellation, refunds, scope — the coach’s terms govern.
Services
Coaches on this platform provide one-on-one wellness coaching by video. Typical offerings are a 45 minutes initial health assessment and 15 minutes progress check-ins, though each coach sets their own services and rates. Coaching is education and accountability, not medical care — see the disclaimer.
Payment
Session fees are charged at the time of booking and are paid directly to the coach you book, through their own payment processor. Macrobian Health LLC does not collect, hold, or process session payments and takes no percentage of them. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay for that session.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Each coach sets their own policy and states it on their booking page. The platform standard, which coaches follow unless they say otherwise:
- Reschedule or cancel more than 24 hours before your session at no charge — cancellations are refunded in full.
- Inside 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable. Reach out anyway; where your coach can move you instead, they will.
- No-shows are charged in full. If you are running late, join when you can — the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- If your coach cancels or cannot make a session, you are refunded in full or rescheduled at your choice.
Refunds are issued by the coach, not by the platform. If a coach becomes unreachable, email matt@macrobianhealth.com and we will help you reach them or find another coach — but the payment obligation remains between you and them.
Your responsibilities
Coaching works on the information you provide. Give accurate answers about your health, medications and history, tell your coach when something changes, and check with your physician before acting on anything that interacts with medical care. You remain responsible for your own health decisions.
Confidentiality
What you share with your coach stays between you and them, subject to the privacy policy and to any legal obligation to disclose — including where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
Termination
You or your coach can end the coaching relationship at any time. Sessions paid for but not yet delivered are refunded by the coach.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macrobian Health LLC is not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any coach listed on this site, nor for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. A coach’s liability to you is limited as set out in their own terms and, absent those, to the amount you paid them for the sessions in question.
